Return Eligibility

Given the bespoke nature of our products, we offer limited returns under specific conditions:

Non-Customized Items:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• In its original packaging with all seals, wraps, and labels intact.
• Shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to repair or replace the item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized Jewelry: Any item that has been personalized or custom-made according to your specifications is non-returnable.
• Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.
• International Orders: All international orders are final sale.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email us at info@massaco.ca with your order details and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions along with a return shipping label.

• Local Returns: We offer complimentary returns for eligible items within Canada.
• Return Shipping: The item must be shipped back using our designated courier with a signature required for delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for non-customized items that meet our return criteria. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

• Store Credit: For Cash on Delivery orders, we offer store credit valid for one year.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be refunded.
